Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Horalune (horalune.com) is a free, browser-based watch configurator. This policy explains what information is involved when you use it. In short: there are no accounts, no tracking or advertising cookies, and anything you save stays in your own browser.

What we collect

We don't ask for personal information. You can use the configurator without signing up, and we don't collect your name, email address or payment details.

Technical data handled by our host. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, delivering pages means Cloudflare's servers receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages and files requested, and the time of the request. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse and attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Visitor statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It is designed not to use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors, and it reports aggregate figures such as page views and countries.

What stays on your device

Some features store information in your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never sent to us:

• Saved builds: configurations you save, with their names, dates and thumbnail images.
• Small preferences: for example, that you've dismissed the welcome message, or your best score in the 404 game.

You can delete this at any time by deleting your saved builds in the configurator, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Shared links and images

A build's settings (such as dial colour and case metal) are written into the page address so you can share it. A shared link contains only those watch settings, nothing about you. Images you download with the "Image" button are created on your own device.

Cookies

Horalune does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we don't share them. If you contact us about Horalune Studio, we use your details only to discuss working together.

Children

Horalune isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Since we don't keep personal information beyond emails you send us, most requests can be handled by clearing your browser's site data. For anything else, email [email protected].

Changes

If we add features that involve personal information, such as requesting a build or joining a waiting list, we'll update this policy before they go live and change the date above.
