These terms apply to your use of horalune.com, including the watch configurator and the Horalune Studio pages (together, "Horalune"). By using Horalune, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Horalune is

Horalune is a free design tool for creating and exploring watch designs in 3D. It is currently in beta.

• Horalune does not sell watches. Designs made in the configurator are for exploration and inspiration. Nothing on the site is an offer to make, sell or deliver a watch.
• Renders are illustrations. Colours, finishes, proportions and details are approximations and may differ from real materials and from what any manufacturer could produce.
• Independent. Horalune is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any watch brand. Terms such as "Breguet hands", "Breguet numerals", "Clous de Paris" or "Côtes de Genève" are used in their common watchmaking sense to describe styles and finishes. Any trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

2. Using the site

You may use Horalune for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• copy, extract, reverse engineer or redistribute the site's 3D models, textures or source code, except as allowed by law;
• use the site, or images made with it, to mislead people, for example by presenting a design as a real product of another brand, or as a watch you can supply when you can't.

3. Your designs and images

You're welcome to save, share and download images of your builds, and to post them on social media, forums and similar places for personal, non-commercial use. A mention of horalune.com is appreciated. Commercial use of images, such as advertising or product listings, needs our written permission.

Saved builds are stored only in your own browser (see our privacy policy). We can't recover them if your browser data is cleared.

4. Our content

The Horalune name, website design, software, 3D models, textures, renders and text are owned by Horalune or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the permissions in these terms, no rights are granted to you.

5. Horalune Studio

The Studio pages describe services for watch brands. Any work for a brand is agreed separately in writing. Those separate terms, not these, govern pricing, deliverables and ownership.

6. Availability and changes

Horalune is provided free and in beta. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the site may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

7. No warranty and limits of liability

Horalune is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't responsible for decisions made based on the configurator's renders, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other sites

Horalune may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
